Guinness Homes has launched The Waterside, a new collection of 18 one and two-bedroom private sale apartments in Bromley-by-Bow, East London.

Released on 20 June, The Waterside forms part of the third and final phase of the established Leaside Lock neighbourhood and offers buyers the opportunity to own a modern home in a well-connected Zone 2 location, close to the River Lea and surrounding canals.

The launch event gave prospective buyers the chance to find out more about the new homes, speak directly with the sales team and explore the development in more detail.

Estate agents JLL joined Guinness Sales colleagues on the day to guide customers through the development plans, using a new high-tech 3D interactive touchscreen model. Visitors were also able to talk through brochures, floorplans and prices while enjoying light refreshments.

Those who attended were given an exclusive first tour of our two show apartments, which received glowing feedback from buyers. Many praised the interior design, the quality of the specification and the overall finish of the homes.
